World Standards Day 2025 and Inauguration of the Science Club were grandly celebrated at Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute University on October 14, 2025.
The event commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony by the Dean of the University. The Deputy Dean, Joint Registrars, Assistant Principal (Physiotherapy), Heads of Departments, and faculty members from various departments were also present at the function.
The Dean, Dr. P. Stalin, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of world standards, quality, and innovation, thereby creating awareness among students about World Standards Day.
As part of the celebration, various competitions such as paper presentation and poster presentation were organized for students. Prizes and certificates were distributed to the winners.
